Our guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with our product your money will be refunded. Whatever the reason for your dissatisfaction, we will reimburse the amount of your purchase if you make a claim within 30 days of the receipt of your order. Plan Accuracy

Due to the nature of design work that our company undertakes, despite our best efforts, there may be instances when our plans need correcting. However Custom Woodworking Plans cannot be held responsible for errors in manufacturing and material losses incurred by design problems. Should you find any errors in our plans, please send us an email and we will gladly fix them. Subject to our evaluation of such a request Custom Woodworking Plans may provide corrections at its discretion. We are always happy to work with our clients in order to provide the best service possible.
